Patriot Capital is a private equity firm with offices in Baltimore, MD, Chicago, IL, and Dallas, TX. The firm focuses on growth capital and mezzanine capital investments in middle-market companies seeking to finance business expansion, acquisitions, management buyouts or balance sheet recapitalizations. Patriot Capital III SBIC closed with over $250 million of capital in July 2013.
